No management. No proccess. Poor facility. Project manger dont have 1percent knowledge to handle the project. They are thinking you are a machine. Devlopment or coding is not a JOKE. if you know declaration of some language so dont think you are master of that language that is just a boundry you dont know what will come next and if your thinking in that way then sit n start developing by your own. They just make policies but not following any of that. They want quality product from interns. Compny has completed 9to10 years in IT. But still compny is not growing and its progress is just having 20 to 25 persons working over. The Director should think why my company is here while others are growing. Remeber your employee is your strong point. My personal openion for you guys DONT join this company even if you dont have job for longer time.
