Pros
The most notable positive is that the company is built on lagging technology, no innovation, atrocious leadership, zero organic growth and dying revenue streams, which ultimately will all coalesce into a faster circling of the drain.
Cons
There is an extreme leadership problem that hinders any ability to function as a healthy organization. The sad reality is that key employees see the writing on the walls, recognize the opportunity cost is too large, and are the first to leave. THE key indicator for the relative trajectory of any company is the ability to attract and retain top talent. That muscle memory certainly doesn't exist here.
