Cons
Recent merchandising leadership steamrolled the merch organization as a whole. People with tenure unhappy, recent hires not considered, and middle of the pack devastated with facing a culture they did not sign up for or experience since hired. Individual(s) in MERCH leadership are 100% linked to recent rapid turnover.
Pay is a reflection of location.
Absolutely no structure, rhyme or reason regarding company no remote work/remote work for some people. Privileged favoritism and not willing to address and establish company-wide policy. One week it’s one thing the next it’s another.
Leadership outside of merch is a mixed bag of kind and shady.
