- The company hit a rough patch post-covid as schools went test optional, and needed to do large some restructuring. Uncertainty, ambiguity, and overall scrappiness became super important

The culture is by far one of the best environments I've ever had. The core values & how we interacted with other employees & clients were incredible and I strive to keep their culture instilled in me in everywhere I go afterwards.

No real cons since I enjoyed my time here. I loved the flexibility & ability to perform. Some might see that as a con, but I loved that this position allowed this.
