Our traveling installers start at $15/hr (recent high school graduate with no experience) to $22/hr (dependable, proven ability to turn a wrench). Everyone meets their Construction Manager every 90 days for a 2-way conversation and to review the pay; we seek to give our travelers a raise every such meeting! After 6 years our average field technician has a 401k retirement plan balance of nearly $40,000. Our crews gain practical work experience that will be valuable to any employer, some great stories with which to entertain family & friends, and solid financial footing.
