Working with Joel, and the other representatives that I have met through the recruiting process with Mahler Staffing, has been a pleasure, every step of the way. They are the most professional staffing company that I have ever met, and in my career as a governess turned nanny turned household manager turned personal assistant, I have met quite a few. Oftentimes, I have turned down staffing companies because of how disorganized or unimpressive they seem, but Mahler struck and impressed me as the complete opposite.
They are 100% concerned about their clients - both the employers and the employers. It took multiple interviews before I started in the position that they placed me within because they wanted to make sure that they knew me well and could place the right person in the right role on the first try. On the flip side, they found two lovely families for me to consider positions with and helped me along that way in deciding which role may be a better fit for me.
I can't thank Joel enough for his patience and coordination. Undoubtably he must change so many lives for the better with his careful consideration.
