- The people: amazing, friendly and down to earth management and coworkers make the pleasures of working 9-5 much more enjoyable - A sense of self improvement / you get out what you put in: management are open and welcome ideas to improve processes - A healthy place to work: not much tension between teams, people always listen if you fancy a chat and whatever happens at work, stays at work at the end of the day! - A company who invest in their people: recently refurbished offices, free tea and coffee, on site shower facilities, secure bike parking, bike to work scheme - work can be challenging at times but makes for a fast paced environment where you are never watching the clock - Variety off clients with widely ranging businesses means no two days are ever the same - office dog! - cake days!

- No aircon & office on first floor above a production line - gets extremely hot and uncomfortable in summer months - Little to no senior management engagement - Finishing time is 5:30, instead of 5 - Only 30 minutes for lunch - Very little holiday allowance - Phones get very annoying as nobody really answers - frustrating for employees and the caller

- Great people here and the management are really friendly, approachable and down to earth! - Nice modern offices, with a friendly and chilled atmosphere! Plus there’s a cute office dog Maple! - Job is very varied with a lot of different things to do, helps to keep things fresh. - Management are very open to ideas and suggestions on how to improve processes, fells like you have a real input into the company. - You get out what you put in kind of place! - Free coffee!!

- As most have mentioned, no central telephone system means every office phone rings when anyone calls the business.... does get very annoying especially as its such an easy fix! - 30 minute lunch break is pretty short considering office hours are 9:00 - 17:30, especially as the nearest shops are a ~7 minute walk away...
