They give us a lot of staff benefits, more than I can imagine in another company, and the management is very kind. They are willing to give a second chance to former employees who were deemed useless, as they could only talk but never produce results. However, despite the kindness shown, the said ex-employee didn't appreciate it and lodged a complaint with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). In the end, the judge dismissed the case due to lack of evidence, and the judge was very upset with the ex-employee for wasting both the judge's and the management's time

I've been working with this company for 5 years already, and I'm still going strong. During this time, I haven't seen any drawbacks, only that the management is too kind to the staff

Questionable ethics. Boss runs on her own emotions instead of being logical and likes to play favourites. Management was overall terrible, there was no structure put in place which led to burn out and low morale amongst employees. There is no proper HR here, which makes this company a huge red flag, High turnover rate with more than half of the people leaving ever since I joined. Junior staff were required to produce senior-quality work without a proper supervisor. A lot of OT and micro-managing with more and more of out company benefits being stripped away from us (no more pet care/family care leaves and lesser working from home) Overall, please beware when applying to this company.
