Pros
This is an agency that values its people first. This is evident in how much they've invested in the culture, onboarding experience, growth/development and work-life balance. Hard work is rewarded, but it is not the overtime sweat shop culture that is so common for agencies. The senior leadership team legitimately cares and is highly engaged in day to day operations. There are strong management systems in place that value transparency, employee input, accountability, and communication. It's a genuinely fun place to work, with a vibrant team of marketers who want to work hard, perform at their best, and learn every day.
Cons
This is a boutique agency and that can mean smaller-scale projects. There were some big name projects that landed just as I was leaving, however, and there is clear alignment to grow into larger enterprise business and big brands.
