Opportunity to grow in an environment with a culture of high quality. Big clients. Good environment with colleagues, although some managers are simply detestable.

Long hours of work (10 hours a day is normal). Very focused on the business and very little on the technology: the management folks are clearly favored over the techie guys and projects are not that exciting, technologically speaking. Very poor planning and lack of basic tools: version control systems, project life cycling control systems, etc

Great work environment, they give you a lot of responsability from the start. It's good for a first job, I learned a lot.

It's like a lotterie, you never know if you going to go to a project with long hours. The most stupid thing is having nothing to do and still can't leave because it looks bad leaving at 6 or 7 pm. I used to say that I had 2 jobs a full time and then a part time.
