Great work environment, they give you a lot of responsability from the start. It's good for a first job, I learned a lot.
Cons
It's like a lotterie, you never know if you going to go to a project with long hours. The most stupid thing is having nothing to do and still can't leave because it looks bad leaving at 6 or 7 pm.
I used to say that I had 2 jobs a full time and then a part time.
