      The field people. Work life balance.

      Cons

      This company has no concept of the Chicago market. People are leaving weekly. The pay is no where near what other agencies are paying. The current pay structure is not attainable or motivational. It’s my way or the highway mentality isn’t working.

      There was a lot of micromanage, coworkers screaming at you for any little thing that you did, even if it was for wanting to take a break and management tolerating the behaviour
