Pros

For being a staffing company where People and the relationships you build with them are the most important thing, Malone completely misses the mark. If you are ok wasting your time and enjoy being lied to and deceived, then this is the company for you. Joe Malone is a nice guy but he is so far removed from the daily operations and has no idea how his company is being run today. Joe would be ashamed if he knew the lack of integrity the leadership team of Terry Malone, Beth Delano and Susan Lacoe had. Pros- None

Cons

They claim to be one of the largest staffing firms, but don't be fooled. The majority of their growth is thru acquiring underperforming staffing agencies with low ball offers so they can expand the company name. Bigger doesn't mean better when you have the same leadership with lack of values and integrity running things. There are so many great Staffing companies out there, don't waste your time with this one as it will lead to nothing, but time lost and extreme disappointment

So, we do not take your feedback lightly. If any employee ever has a concern, we want them to feel comfortable discussing it with the leadership team. Local management is dishonest, unsupportive and unavailable

Great field staff, great clients

No work-life balance, management is unavailable when needed and when you are finally given the time of day they do not even have the decency to give you their full attention. If you are meeting "face to face" there is no eye contact and they are either on their phone or computer. Phone calls are often unreturned and conversations are interrupted and then never resumed, which communicates that your questions/concerns are not important enough to be given any attention. Hard work and dedication go unrecognized. Regularly work at least 50 hours a week, sometimes more and when you reach out for help you are either brushed off or made to feel incompetent. Local management is dishonest, unsupportive and unavailable. They regularly go behind your back and your clients are not naïve, they see the way you conduct business and express their concerns about your lack of competence and involvement.

We believe we do have great field staff and clients - so thank you for sharing that with us. Like most organizations, we are always trying to improve. We will continue to work with our managers on communications skills, and encouraging their staff to come to them if they need help or have concerns.

Cons

This company has no concept of the Chicago market. People are leaving weekly. The pay is no where near what other agencies are paying. The current pay structure is not attainable or motivational. It’s my way or the highway mentality isn’t working.
