BIAS AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY (SINGAPORE WISMA ATRIA) - Sales Associate Mango Employee Review

ALOT. Long working hours. Management are bias and doesn't care about all the staff. No communication in the management. Staff we scolded whenever we talk. Bias manager and merchandiser as they will only pass/teach their knowledge if they take you as 'friends'. No career growth opportunity. One of the spain hr staff came to spore and so unprofessional as he used the a vulgar word' to one of the staff. Taking leave is difficult. Merchandiser going around and saying bad things to innocent ppl. Once, the merchandiser and manager had an argument and make us the ft staff as middle ppl and messenger. EVERYTHING IS JUST BAD THERE.
