Pros
Cheap food and drink at corporate premises, corporate bus, days off when necessary, 90% of the employees were female approximately the same age so it felt like iniversity rather than a job. A great workload eventually makes you grow professionally and develop new qualities.
Cons
far from Barcelona ( 50 min journey from corporate bus stop), some managers were clearly appointed because of the connections, but not for the achievements, employee initiative not valued
