      Friendly sales team and managers

      Cons

      Unorganised, AM and Area Visual do not communicate with each other. No proper training. Unrealistic goals. Bad people in high roles that shouldn't be there. Just DO NOT GO THERE. Wish I had read profiles here before going. In a better environment now and glad I left that company

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
