      I met some nice people there and the schedule was quite flexible. That’s about it

      - poor management on a store level and corporate level - lack of corporate culture and values - no team spirit whatsoever - a lot of shady actions taken - forget about growth within the company The list can go on

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
