- in store team - relationships with other stores - training store bonus - in store progression

Cons

- micro manager - unsupportive to long serving staff, need to realise who their loyal staff are - expect too much - unprofessional senior management - senior management make sales assistants feel uncomfortable - if you are liked then you will be fine - nobody is on the same page - HR and payroll make the store managers look like they don’t know what they are doing - uniform - staff discount is only 25% but used to be 40% - no Xmas party allowance or team bonding incentives - internal promotions very low pay compared to external

Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

Cons

Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
