      Pros

      Great environment to work in all of management is great. For those that left bad reviews, they're just super bitter and childish I saw plenty come and go.

      Cons

      Bad marketing. I wish the company would definitely do something to change their strategy to be recognized as a fashion brand in the U.S.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
