      Pros

      Super fun environment and challenging for a visual merchandiser.

      Cons

      Not good for growth, talk a lot about expansions but never promoted anyone after helping all the stores. There is no team to support with shipment, you have to process 1000+ units yourself every week

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
