      Pros

      I love working in Mango. The communications team is great. My PR colleagues are my friends.

      Cons

      But I’m not very well paid. It’s because I’m the youngest of my team, even though we all do the same task. I know that there are people +30 y.o. That earn 50K€.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
