      - nice work environment - easy job - decent pay - good products - amazing staff discount

      Cons

      Do not provide efficient training. Managers are also very cliquey and hostile towards shop floor workers to the extent that multiple staff left because the management is unbearable.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
