Pros

This has been the best remote work experience I’ve ever had. Despite being fully remote, it’s the closest I’ve seen to in-person collaboration at any company. The team is incredibly close-knit, making it easy to collaborate and stay aligned. Transparency is key here, and leadership not only values it but lives it, creating an environment of trust and authenticity. It’s refreshing to work in a place where the culture feels genuine, and everyone’s contributions are valued.

Cons

The remote setup is fantastic for flexibility, but like any remote job, it sometimes lacks the energy of in-person collaboration. That said, this company has done an amazing job bridging that gap.

Pros

I've been working at Mangomint for less than a year, and it's been an incredibly rewarding experience. The team here is not only friendly and welcoming but also highly supportive, creating a fantastic work environment. Love the fact that Mangomint is a remote-first company, and it's great having occasional in-person meetings that help foster strong team connections and collaboration. The product and the team behind it are truly innovative, always pushing boundaries and staying ahead of the curve. This makes working here both exciting and fulfilling, as there's a constant drive towards improvement and excellence. Sales roles at Mangomint are challenging yet achievable, providing a great balance that keeps you motivated without feeling overwhelmed. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally while being part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, Mangomint is the perfect choice.
