      Thoughtful and ethical leadership that puts the employees and their needs first, great benefits and compensation packages, consistent and clear vision of what the product is and should be with a direct PLG approach

      Cons

      Been at Mangomint for about a year and I don't have any genuine complaints. It's a small company and there have been growing pains here and there, but the way leadership has recognized and handled those growing pains in a timely fashion proves that this is the kind of place I want to work.

      Pros

      The product is amazing and truly a game-changer in the salon and spa software world. Everyone on the team cares about the betterment of the company, product, and themselves. We are offered great benefits like unlimited PTO, remote work, and great compensation. I've enjoyed working on a team with a defined goal in mind, and how we can accomplish it.

      Cons

      Most of the team is spread out across the country. We aren't able to get together as often as we'd like. It is a startup, so it is expected you are able to do your job efficiently, and the possibility of doing things outside your specified role. However, this is a helpful way to learn other aspects of the company and how departments work with one another. Depending on the role, there may be some weekend work, but it is on a rotating schedule, so it's not all the time.
