Pros

Not a horrible place to work. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Cons

Complete disconnect between mgmt and staff. "Just sell, I don't care how" type of mgmt. To many freebies and leaniency given to the "elite" few.

Pros

Great team environment and genuinely nice people for the most part. I've been fortunate to have managers who take time out of their day to assist me and build my skill set.

Cons

Below industry average pay and the culture is very clique. This is a great starting company but not a place to grow.
