Pros
Company deals with many C level executives, which allows you to get familiar and acquire that level of professionalism.
Cons
The favoritism in this office is incredibly evident. The executive directors are incredibly disorganized and give you bits and pieces of information at a time and expect you to know exactly what they want but don't bother to give clear directions or expectations. The 2 executive directors don't have any experience managing people since both have a background in sales and have never had a position in management. Everyone in this company hates working there. From the highest up, to the entry-level people. People with self respect should not work here as wage will be low, work will be triple what you get paid for and you will often be asked to do stuff that is beyond your job duties. The second you disagree or question the boss or even refuse to do something that is out of your job duty and don't have time for you will be considered uncooperative and will be fired. If you complain about quantity of work or disagreements with certain co-workers you will be told, “there’s the door”
