Great people, collaborative atmosphere, high quality products, respected brands.
Cons
Weak management. Too many new executives who are friends of the CEO but don't understand the Cranes business. Strategy is to shrink the company to success; not very inspiring. Too many capable committed employees have been laid off due to leadership missteps. I would discourage people from joining this company.
