Pros
Long standing company that has a great reputation in the community. Coworkers are all very pleasant to work with. Ongoing training is provided as often as possible. Great work/life balance as well as employee social events sponsored by management. Pay is commensurate with experience and location of the business.
Cons
None that I can think of. There might be times of stress and some late hours from time to time for some projects, but that will happen at any job.
