Great culture, new training program put in place early 2014 , and solid support from management. The people here are good people who portray a family like atmosphere in the sense that you all work together and have great support. Everyone is there to help you succeed. I have always worked hard, found success, made good money and have been recognized & rewarded for those efforts through raises and promotions.
I have enjoyed working of directly with Greg Dunne, our CEO on many programs. He has taught me a great deal over the years, both on a professional and personal level. Through his leadership, vision and ability to attract the best talent around, MSP will continue to change the way technology organizations take new products and services to market.
If for some reason I choose to move beyond this company someday I will leave with close friends and so much knowledge and experience that that will prepare me for my next career challenge.
Cons
Though there are processes in place to manage contacts and leads, putting a CRM in place has been challenging for management due to the requirements of the business and the clients but there seems to be a solid effort going into this for a fall 2014 launch.
Cold calling can be redundant and can be stressful as it is a "sales" job. MSP does their best to treat the comp plan as fair as possible but it's virtually impossible to please everyone.
