Pros

Mansfield is changing significantly as they are giving employees visibility into into their growth as salespeople. Management now provides a great way not only to advance, but learn the entire sales process from start to finish. Mansfield, as a sales organization, is particular about the clients they represent. Most, if not all, are well funded post start up technology companies vetted by businesses development. You will find yourself becoming very well rounded in a number of cyber security technologies quickly. The vibe on the floor is good. People work hard, but strategically - it's not a boiler room feel. The changes they've made since I've arrived have created this atmosphere and it's continuing to get better.

Cons

My concerns with visibility into growth have been dealt with. This was my biggest issue when I joined - I hope these changes remain the norm.

Pros

Professional sales atmosphere with a start-up culture, where collaboration from everyone, is encouraged and welcomed! Mansfield offers the unique experience of working with multiple hi-tech clients across all verticals. The CEO of the company is committed to training and developing account managers that are able to perform full-cycle sales with a variety of clients. There is a huge potential for growth and promotion within the company right now. If you can bring a "determined attitude", and a willingness to learn from a CEO and managers that make the same amount of "cold calls" as a account rep, then this is place to work.

Cons

There has been little in the way of cons, as problems are quickly discussed, and then solved.

Pros

Competitive, yet relaxed and rewarding environment. Opportunity to learn industries I would have never ventured into. Great training and guidance.

Cons

I worked in a satellite office and would have needed to relocate to move forward with the company.
