Pros
Mansfield is changing significantly as they are giving employees visibility into into their growth as salespeople. Management now provides a great way not only to advance, but learn the entire sales process from start to finish.
Mansfield, as a sales organization, is particular about the clients they represent. Most, if not all, are well funded post start up technology companies vetted by businesses development. You will find yourself becoming very well rounded in a number of cyber security technologies quickly.
The vibe on the floor is good. People work hard, but strategically - it's not a boiler room feel. The changes they've made since I've arrived have created this atmosphere and it's continuing to get better.
Cons
My concerns with visibility into growth have been dealt with. This was my biggest issue when I joined - I hope these changes remain the norm.
