Pros

You can make your own path if you hustle. Part of great ecosystems with Salesforce and ServiceNow providing great exposure to learn the best platforms in the world. Everyone is willing to help each other. Leadership is open to trying new ideas.

Cons

Things move so fast it’s hard to keep everyone on the same sheet of music at times. Fast paced environment can get grueling at times but unlimited vacation helps balance that.

Pros

Great people and a great culture! Having dogs in the office is a great perk too, but the people here are what really makes this place great! So much talent across the organization, it's super inspiring to be around so many people who are passionate about what they do. I'm always challenged and learning something new every day. Definitely not a place for someone who doesn't want to grow and learn as a professional, but if you're looking for a great place that makes you feel accomplished at the end of the day, week, quarter then you've found your spot! I'm very interested to see where MapAnything goes as it grows and matures as an organization and I'm thrilled to be a part of that process. TL;DR - Dogs in the office - Amazing, smart, talented coworkers who will teach you a lot - Beer and wine on Fridays - Yearly company wide meetings are actually fun - Great culture - Small enough where you actually see the impact of what you do day to day - Ability to grow and learn every day - Lots of mobility within the company

Cons

-Not a place to slack off, but I'm not even sure that's a con to begin with. -Some people's workloads are much larger than others, but that's often recognized and rewards are given appropriately.
