Pros
Great people and a great culture! Having dogs in the office is a great perk too, but the people here are what really makes this place great! So much talent across the organization, it's super inspiring to be around so many people who are passionate about what they do.
I'm always challenged and learning something new every day. Definitely not a place for someone who doesn't want to grow and learn as a professional, but if you're looking for a great place that makes you feel accomplished at the end of the day, week, quarter then you've found your spot! I'm very interested to see where MapAnything goes as it grows and matures as an organization and I'm thrilled to be a part of that process.

-Not a place to slack off, but I'm not even sure that's a con to begin with.
-Some people's workloads are much larger than others, but that's often recognized and rewards are given appropriately.
