great family owned great place to work

very long hours work all holidays have to go in on snow days

Management seemed nice and very well spoken and good to talk to during interview

I was hired for this job after 2 interviews and discussing my previous salary in public he mentioned a much lower salary to start. I respectfully walked away and emailed the Owner and stated i wouldn't be taking the job due to cost of living and now it is posted at a higher salary. The job is now posted at a higher salary , I emailed the owner and asked if it was still up for grabs he said the job is on hold yet this job appears on every network. not sure if this is for bringing people in and then lowering the Salary - Not cool at all
