Pros

Not too much to say here for a 10 year old company that operates like a small startup.

Cons

Terrible onboarding and training because you only have 90 days before they just kick you to the curb. Zero U.S. presence and they claim to be a Canadian company but are clearly India based. Internal meetings are COMICAL and very unproductive. Management is weak and unsupportive. Tools and processes for sellers do not exist. Save yourself and runaway from these jokers.
