Pros

They spun flawless lies about salary hike and that your hard work will be appreciated. They have better lies about why the salaries are always late and why haven't they provided the salaries for months. They manipulate you into thinking that they will hike your salary next month until its too long and then boom, no salary, no hikes. Best for people who want late salaries and no reward for their hard work.

Cons

They will reward your hard work by late salaries and no hikes. They will applaud for your work but late salaries and no hikes. Even when you have worked on weekends and late nights. HR will literally CALL you on the WEEKEND if you haven't replied to a text for 30 minutes, even if you have pre-told that you had an emergency. And did I say it? Late salaries and NO salaries for months. If you have LOANS OR EMIs and you're the only one earning in your family, DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANISATION. And again, no salaries and they do not care about hard work, not that any other organization cares but here they literally don't pay you on time. NEVER in my entire career I have seen a company which cannot pay their employees on time.

Very limited onboarding/training (approx. 2 weeks) before full performance expectations were applied Unrealistic SDR targets for a new market (c.20 meetings per month expected almost immediately) without a gradual ramp-up period No structured approach to building pipeline (e.g. allowing time for multi-touch outreach, trust-building, and market education) Strong focus on activity metrics without a clearly defined short- or long-term go-to-market strategy for the UK High turnover within a short timeframe: multiple SDRs hired at the same time were let go within weeks (UK and international), primarily due to not meeting aggressive early targets Overall approach to UK expansion felt reactive and disjointed rather than strategically planned
