      Pros

      I enjoyed many of the projects that I worked on. The research assignments were very interesting.

      Cons

      -High turnover (higher than 25% turnover in 6 months) -lack of directions or vague instructions -Bad manners/lack of professionalism -bad work culture - everyone blames each other, managers never take responsibility for their mistakes - and the owner does not hold them responsible -managers take credit for the ideas of their underlings

      Pros

      Marathon's work is diverse, fast-paced, and compelling. Clients range from corporate to non-profit. Staff are given opportunities to work on substance, work across the organization, and are given the keys to advance. Compensation is very competitive, as is PTO (which is unlimited). And importantly, the firm is not a breeding ground of competition, unlike many firms.

      Workload, like at many firms, can at times be busy.
