The work environment is positive, hands-on and there’s always something to do. If you enjoy styling and intimately working with clients, then this is a place for you. You can expect to be a part of a team that works together to reach an ultimate goal and you can expect to have to reach a personal sales goal. There is continuous support from managers and open communication is seen as an important part of this team.

Your work schedule will vary, so don’t have it in your head that you only work Mon-Fri 9-5, this is a retail environment. There are not a lot of employees at each store, which makes it difficult if you need to call out when sick, which is something I feel the company is working on. Not everyone within the company is easy to work with, and sometimes there can be quite a lack of communication. There are no ‘cons’ bad enough to steer you away from wanting to work for this company.
