There are a few people who actually know how to do their job and it can be fun working with them

The salaries are low and there is no direction on strategy. Management has very short-term view of the business and employees exiting are not replaced. This means overload on the few people who actually do some work and no recognition at all. Salary increases range from 1% to 3% if any and no work-life balance
