      The health insurance is decent.

      Cons

      The company culture is a dumpster fire. HR is incompetent and unwilling to actually make a difference. They change policies and revoke already approved pto. There is a reason recruiters will tell you to stay away from this place. Listen!!

      Strong European backing with an established global parent company. Reputable portfolio of well-known designer and lifestyle brands.

      Cons

      Company culture feels toxic and heavily political. Decisions influenced more by personal preference than merit. Constant pressure, stressful work enviroment. Micromanagement and limited consideration for employee feedback.
