Strong favoritism, low pay, forced to know many cities and many different hotels, HORRIBLY outdated computer systems, incompetent and absent managers, inconsistent schedule that constantly changes with minimal notice.

We have discussed your review with Human Resources and leadership for our reservations (contact center). Working in a central reservations office for several properties means that we ask our agents to know many hotels and cities. While we always try to support the initial and continued training needs of team members sometimes individuals need additional assistance which we eager to provide. If someone finds a position is simply not a good fit we are happy to look at other opportunities within our hotels.
Regarding your concerns with our “low pay” we regularly check our wage scales to ensure we are as competitive as possible in our market and for our industry. We also offer development and advancement opportunities for those seeking to increase their income potential.

No support from corporate office
No work/ life balance unless you work in sales or accounting (vacations whenever you feel like it, because operations will be stuck cleaning up the mess)
