We have discussed your review with Human Resources and leadership for our reservations (contact center). Working in a central reservations office for several properties means that we ask our agents to know many hotels and cities. While we always try to support the initial and continued training needs of team members sometimes individuals need additional assistance which we eager to provide. If someone finds a position is simply not a good fit we are happy to look at other opportunities within our hotels. Regarding your concerns with our “low pay” we regularly check our wage scales to ensure we are as competitive as possible in our market and for our industry.
