Terrible Culture Due to Unwavering Attitude - Anonymous employee Marex Employee Review

The work culture was pretty terrible here. These people were stuck doing things in a slow and time-consuming manager, which led to extra stress and exhaustion for employees. There was no way to avoid the additional work as the poor attitude never changed. I suggest everyone avoid this toxic workplace until they change how they do things.
