Pros

Not a single thing is pros here.

Cons

I joined Marg last month on 16 March. They took my interview on Power BI but when i joined there they told me that you have to work on QlikSense now and no one is working on the same software their so you can i am the only one who started working in Qliksense. After 20 days Hr called me and said that we cannot continue with you so you can take you full and final settlement. Please don’t join that firm 1. Very unprofessional behaviour. 2. They don’t describe the exact JD and Position before joining. 3. Negative environment. 4. They are just doing fraud and misleading people.

Hands-on Training: Excellent lab facilities that focus on real-world practical skills over theory. Expert Mentorship: Trainers are industry professionals who provide deep insights into the current cybersecurity landscape. Job Readiness: Strong emphasis on interview preparation and building a professional portfolio. Up-to-Date Curriculum: Covers the latest tools and methodologies, including the OWASP Top 10 and advanced VAPT.

Cons

Fast-Paced: The curriculum is intensive, which can be challenging for those without a basic background in networking or Linux.

Pros

Yet to get unveiled. Nothing w.r.t present industry norms and employee expectations.

Cons

Management is chaotic. Lacks culture, no scope of development. Blind and deaf towards newer thought process. Best advice is to refrain from being a part of this organisation since it is one man show and the entire work force is driving to make only one soul happy. People in top positions are relatives or friends and it's their playground and their rules. Most importantly the software is outdated and it's running purely on number of channel partners which is big in number. Sales are arriving due to internal competition of channel partner's survival. No rocket science.
