Lala type company! All positive reviews are either paid or employees were forced to give positive reviews. If you're good at licking boots then here is Marg ERP for you! Boot lickers are good performers for them! If we talk about politics then here it's worse than the Nayak movie. No job security, If you're married or have responsibility of your family then strictly stay out of this company! Work culture - Unethical. Product requirement gets changed in every meeting with management, No proper task management, No team management, Employees are considered as factory labour. Unprofessional management and often use abusive language and think they're cool. You will end up getting depression, anxiety and loss in self confidence after working here at Marg.
