Pros
Working here has been nothing but a pleasure. The work is the right amount of challenging and the team is growing and evolving with each month. The willingness to learn and pivot based on current marketing trends is commendable and the communication skills of leaders and supervisors is constantly being examined and tweaked. Based on reading past reviews Margle has had a lot of growing pains but from my experience so far the owners are well aware of these and have learned from them. Healthcare was just recently added as well as a 401k plan and health savings account. As the company grows so do the benefits. Company culture is healthy and there is no social drama.
Cons
It's incredibly fast-paced but this was something I was aware of before coming on board. It's not for everyone. Weekly WFH is limited but this is being discussed internally. Very flexible if you just make management aware ahead of time. Parking in Third Ward sucks and always will
