The company is operating in a small staff which causes high demands on daily productions, and the upper management keeps changing. Many good valued workers who work's there for a long time and knows what their doing were terminated or quit due to a poor environment, management, managers, or supervisors. As for your success, it depends upon your manager, not your overall performance, talent, and values of your hard work. They don't apply and goes unnoticed unless you're the favorite person. There's also back stabbing, owning credibility to look good with their boss and not rewarding them to the person who works hard for it, there so many to mention.
