I appears at first that you are getting a lot of PTO time, approx. 8 hours per pay period. However, from that, comes your holiday pay. You will see 2-3 hours of ESL time but, that can only be taken after 4 consecutive days off and from what I understand, is not paid out to you when you leave or retire. So, not sure the math is that great. Contracted emplyees get vacation time and one day of sick leave per month so, figure it out. I would reconsider this arrangement.
