Pros

The majority of the team exhibits a culture of amiability, support, and motivation, which appears to be primarily upheld by a select few individuals.

Cons

I have been a part of this company for a considerable period, and I must express my disappointment with the prevailing attitudes toward skill and growth. The title of positions might suggest a commitment to recognizing and rewarding good technical skills, but unfortunately, this is not the case in reality. One of the most disheartening aspects of working here is the management's lack of recognition and appreciation for good technical skills. It's dismaying to see colleagues who consistently demonstrate exceptional technical prowess go unnoticed and unrewarded. Equally concerning is the way in which any concerns raised about this issue are summarily dismissed. Another thing is that a lot of the work is accomplished by Junior staff members and the amount of pressure put on them. There is an expectation of "get it right the first time". Which isn't very reasonable. Cons: • Management's inadequacy in identifying and valuing commendable technical skills. • Limited appreciation for the significance of technical growth and skill enhancement. • Unreasonable expectations regarding quality, deadlines, and workload. • Absence of adequate support.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, people, remote or hybrid schedule. New leadership has brought fresh energy, better communication and promised changes, but it is hard to have faith that everything will come to fruition.

Cons

The company has been in a freefall spiral for years. Things (processes, leadership, work apps, etc.) change on a dime over and over again. Benefits have eroded. Several rounds of layoffs in the last 12 months.
