      Good people for the most part

      Cons

      -Blame culture -Poor management -Lack of CEO awareness - ignore everything that is fundamentally wrong in the company -Constant use of buzz words with no backing to them -Constant emphasize on a great work culture despite everyone being miserable, burntout and under paid -zero progression oppertunitys. -new hires always seem to be external and existing existing employees friends. Never internal promotions on merit -zero communication from the top down

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, people, remote or hybrid schedule. New leadership has brought fresh energy, better communication and promised changes, but it is hard to have faith that everything will come to fruition.

      Cons

      The company has been in a freefall spiral for years. Things (processes, leadership, work apps, etc.) change on a dime over and over again. Benefits have eroded. Several rounds of layoffs in the last 12 months.
