Pros
The environment is very friendly and the managers are willing to cooperate and help you. No stress at all and the targets are easy to reach. Salary is fine and bonuses are also great.
Cons
There are no benefits offered by the company, no paid health insurance, no mental days off, no paid food, not even a real computer, just chrome box which are not the best to work with. Moreover I am giving 1 star as the management doesn't care at all about the employees, I had a family problem so had to come back in my country for a month or so and I didn't have any personal days off as I already booked my holidays months before. They have wanted me to delete my holidays and take not paid days instead of allowing me to work from home (even though as per the COVID-19 pandemic we were already working from home and so my salary was halved) as in their opinion this wasn't allowed even though a colleague of mine with the same problem was allowed to work from his native country. When I explained that my father was dying and I needed to be there with my family they answered that that wasn't their problem as it is a personal problem. They also started to ask personal information like my family economic situation and pretending to care about my mental health saying that I needed few days off to be with my family while I had been already off for 1 week before to ask to work from home which I find totally unacceptable and with no human tact. When I told them that I didn't need days off, but just to work from there like my colleague as I needed my salary they answered 'it is just not going to happen' without specifying why. If you are looking for a long term position like me, this is not a great company as if/when you will have a problem they won't care or try to help.
