Pros

Working at Marketing Lab as an intern has been one of the most rewarding professional experiences I’ve had so far. The company culture is incredibly welcoming and growth-focused. From day one, I felt like more than just an intern — I was encouraged to contribute ideas, ask questions, and actively participate in real projects that had a visible impact. The learning opportunities here are endless. I was involved in everything from social media campaign planning and competitor analysis to assisting in Meta ad strategy and real-time marketing execution. It's a fast-paced environment, but the team ensures you’re never left behind. Everyone — from senior marketers to fellow interns — is approachable and willing to mentor. There’s also a strong emphasis on skill-building and personal development. I had the chance to attend brainstorming sessions, weekly learning huddles, and even some internal workshops that helped me better understand digital marketing trends and analytics tools. It’s not just about doing tasks — it’s about understanding the "why" behind them. If you’re a student or recent graduate looking for an internship that genuinely helps you learn, contribute, and grow, Marketing Lab is the place to be. I’m incredibly grateful for my time here and the mentors who’ve supported me. It’s been a fantastic stepping stone into the world of marketing, and I’d 100% recommend it!

Cons

Honestly, very few. If I had to mention one, it would be that due to the dynamic nature of marketing, things move quickly, which can be overwhelming at first. But if you’re proactive and willing to learn, it becomes a great growth experience.

Pros

Steep learning curve: If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to really grow as a media buyer, this place is a goldmine. The kind of exposure you get here—handling big D2C brands, managing real budgets, seeing results live—is unmatched. Amazing leadership: The leadership is deeply involved and actually cares about individual growth. There's constant feedback, brainstorming, and you're never left feeling stuck or alone. Supportive team: The media team especially is super collaborative—people jump in to share what's working, troubleshoot campaigns, or just help with fresh creative ideas. No ego, just hustle and problem-solving. Client exposure: You get to work with some of the most well-known D2C brands in the country (including Shark Tank ones!). That kind of experience makes your portfolio shine. Results-driven: The focus here is on real performance. If you're into metrics, scaling, and ROI, you'll love the culture.

Cons

Not for coasters: If you're someone who likes to do the bare minimum, this might not be the place for you. It's intense, and expectations are high—but in a good way. Work-life balance depends on you: There’s flexibility, but with that comes responsibility. Manage your own time well.
