Only good thing of this organisation is that they work remotely.

Cons

You are supposed to stay online from 9 am to 6pm on Slack even if you don't have any work, still you have to stay online. If you go offline from Slack for 10 min, they will ask you why you go offline. CEO will not listen & understand you. He will always have a doubt that you are doing freelancing.
